There are no refunds or returns for our services except where Company (Physician Practice Specialists) becomes legally unable to provide services. We are reasonable people and expect to be paid for work that we complete but we also understand that circumstances can change and will do our best to work with you resolve any performance issues.  Please review the terms of your agreement regarding termination provisions.

If we are unable to enroll a provider with a particular health plan, we will apply the payment for that insurance panel to another plan.

If the scope of work unexpectedly changes after the agreement has been signed, we will provide a credit for future work through our company.  These services can be initial credentialing, maintenance services, contract negotiations, search engine optimization or design services.

Payment Schedule

Services are due upon engagement and receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Maintenance services(if selected) will be billed monthly and will commence once the initial project has been completed.
