California has dozens of plans and independent physician associations, so participation decisions are worth reviewing before you apply. PAVE provider portal
PAVE is California’s provider portal for Medi-Cal enrollment. It handles new enrollment applications (the Medi-Cal Provider e-Form Application), changes to an existing enrollment, and responses to Provider Enrollment Division requests for re-enrollment or revalidation. Access PAVE
