Is an Elf a person?
No. An Elf is an AI assistant. PPS specialists are people who provide consulting and professional services. You can discuss either or both.
Is this only for new practices?
No. Both new and established practices can discuss an Elf. Start-up planning is one example; the right scope depends on your work and available capabilities.
Will it connect to our systems and act for us?
Do not assume a connection or permission is included. Integrations, access, and any actions must be agreed and verified for the implementation.
Can I use the free workspace now?
The proposed free self-directed workspace is in development. Existing PPS guides remain available from the resource center.
