We are currently recruiting for a full time Practice Management Consultant for our Health Services Team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide management consultation to health care professionals. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing timely, sophisticated management consulting services; developing and maintaining a personal referral network and participating in marketing plans; providing business development and staff optimization services and assist clients with creative ways to grow their businesses. In addition, it would be helpful if the consultant has experience negotiating insurance contracts.
Requirements
This person must be a problem solver with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-10 years of experience in managing and growing physician organizations. This position requires a strong background in marketing, contract negotiations, practice optimization and business development. Prefer someone who has passed one of the certification exams for practice management experts.
